* Wifi internet connection
* Regional library, also including CD and DVD
* Sheets (beds are made upon your arrival), towels including pool towels, dressing gowns and kitchen towels
* House cleaning at the end of your stay
* Up keeping of garden and pool
* In order to make your stay as enjoyable and easy as possible, and in respect of nature, all cleaning products are bio-degradable and included in the rent
* In the house, you will find all basic products (sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegard, coffee, tea) in order to start your stay without any stress. However, please do not forget to bring along your Nespresso capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine.
Down payment : 50% at the reservation and the balance 30 days before arrival.
Guarantee : A guarantee of 1.500 euros is requested 30 days before your arrival, which will be refunded after the inventory of fixtures one day after your departure.
An insurance that covers damage in the property is imperative and the certificate must be send one month before arrival with the balance.
Shoud you wish so, we can put cleaning personnel at your disposal for an hourly rate of 22 euros.
