- Deposit: 50% upon reservation and the balance 30 days before your arrival.
- A deposit of €1,500 is requested. This will guarantee the proper care of the house and its furniture.
- A second deposit of €300 is requested. It will cover the risks of irreversible damage on linen (stains on sheets, towels, sofa covers, and fabric) making it unfit for its use.
- These two deposits will be requested from you with the balance sent 30 days before your arrival and will be returned to you within the week following your departure after a full check of the house and of the linen and textiles.
- Holiday insurance is required and the certificate must be sent with the balance 30 days before your arrival.
- During your stay we can provide cleaning staff at a rate of 22 euros per hour, charges included.

In order to secure your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount, with the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival. In addition, a deposit against damage of 1.500 euros is required on the day the balance is paid. (ie 30 days before arrival.) This sum will be refunded the day after your departure, following an inventory. Holiday insurance is mandatory, proof of which must be sent with the balance 30 days before your arrival. Whilst you are here we can arrange additional cleaning staff at an inclusive rate of 22 euros per hour.
- Water, electricity, central heating and local tourist taxes.
- Wifi
- Access to our private library, which comprises some exceptional works of local history and literature, alongside magnificent cookery books, and a DVD library.
- Bedding and sheets; the beds will be ready and made up for your arrival. Also included are bath towels, bathrobes, and kitchen linen.
- Housekeeping at the end of your visit.
- Maintenance of the gardens and swimming pool (twice a week).
- All household cleaning products, such as for the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms and so on. All the products we use are biodegradable and as environmentally-friendly as possible.
- We provide basic kitchen ingredients, that is to say, salt, sugar, pepper, oil and vinegar, together with good quality tea and coffee. (That said, if you use Nespresso capsules, then please bring them with you as they’re impossible to find in these parts.)
